Description
You need a rounded surface to achieve good results when skiving to the end of a pocket or along an inside curve. Our skiving jig provides the ideal shape to set your leather on and skive these difficult areas. I like using help to fade out a skive more consistently, like at the end of a belt or across a long, gradual line.
You can also use this jig when sanding curved edges and as a roller in a pinch.
Learn more about short skives, curved skives, and how to use this jig in our online course, Refining Your Technique.
